I came back from a trip to Maine to find my home broken into, through my garage. Garage Door Pros came out and fixed it, then got me a new garage door opener with security. I feel much better about leaving my home now.

Fantastic service. One of my springs that holds up my door broke, they were there the next day and replaced both. Totally professional and got my garage door fixed quickly and efficiently. They also showed up when they said they would so I didn’t have to wait all morning.
On time, great service and very nice guys.
I would recommend to anyone who has any garage door needs!

The name Garage Door Pros says it all, Avi is a real pro, like you always hope to get when you call someone out to your house. I cannot say enough good things about Avi and his staff, very fast service (same day if required). He knows garage doors inside and out, and correctly diagnosed my problem right away and had the necessary parts on his truck for the repair. My problem was fixed in very short order, and the price was actually less than I expected to pay. I am so happy to have my garage door running smooth again, and better than it has in a long time. I highly recommend Garage Door Pros!

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail that I received from Garage Door Pros. They were prompt to respond to all my needs, which were many as I dealt with HOA approval. The team did exactly what they said they were going to do when it came to installation. They were safe, on time, and effectively communicated with me. At the end of the installation, a small ding was noticed in one of the door panels, and the next business day they replaced the entire panel. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied.

Had work done by Garage Door Pros yesterday. The technician arrived exactly on time and called 30 minutes prior to arrival. He identified the issue immediately and gave me a great quote. He did the work thoroughly and explained everything as he went. He also recommended and made some adjustments to my opener. I will absolutely call them if I ever need more work. I highly recommend this company.

This company and its employees are amazing! I had an old motor in place when I purchased the property and it completely stopped working on me one day. I called on a Monday afternoon and the technician Avi came to my rescue the very next day, promptly on time for our scheduled service. He was very informative, patient, and was great with answering all my questions. He was able to diagnose the issue and help me install a brand new motor. I am incredibly happy with the updated model and Avi provided great service! The receptionist Tally was also very cordial on the phone when I called and very helpful with me when reviewing through new model options. Overall I would recommend this business 100%

Garage Door Pros’ is a diamond in the rough. From start to finish this is a fantastic company that gives lots of personal attention. Avi was very professional and extremely informative while Tally worked behind the scenes, keeping in close communication making sure everything was on schedule. The crew that came out and completed the work were knowledgeable and friendly. The garage door was replaced weeks ahead of schedule. I now have a quiet and storm proof garage door that looks beautiful on the house. There was absolutely no pressure from this company and they come highly recommended. Thanks you for a job well done.

Great customer service! The garage door in our Florida vacation home was stuck, and after calling some other companies who didn’t exactly inspire confidence, we stumbled across these guys – and were VERY pleasantly surprised! First of all, they tried to troubleshoot the problem over the phone (at no charge), and second, once it was clear that an actual repair was in order, they scheduled the service call, showed up exactly when they promised, fixed the problem, and cleaned up. Fast, courteous, reasonably priced, and 100% professional. Hope the garage door works for a long time – but if it doesn’t, I know whom I’m calling!

Everything was done so professionally! Tally, who you schedule an appt with, is kind and quick to reply! The man who comes out initially is so knowledgeable and did not try to make me spend money I didn’t need to spend. I didn’t feel once like I was being lied to in order to buy more product. The men who did the installation were efficient and kind. They didn’t need me for anything and got their job done within a couple of hours. Then we had someone out literally 30 minutes later to check it all and approve it! It was so simple and I didn’t feel like I wasted days waiting around to get my garage fixed. We had a whole new door put in and it was such an easy process. I will use this company for all future garage door needs, for sure.
